Some hotels have the car service from Ho Chi Minh City airport to the hotel. You will be picked up by a guide from your hotel at the gate, then they drive you to the hotel that you have booked. If you use this service, you will never worry about losing from your hotel, you do not need to wait at Ho Chi Minh City airport because the guide will check your flight code first when you book, and when they know your information exactly, they will meet you on time (they actually always come earlier than your arriving time).
However, this service also has a disadvantage. This service is free at some hotels, most of them are 2 star hotels or above. Other hotels will charge you for a fee and it may be more expensive than traditional taxis.
